notes from 1st homeless meeting at san jose city hall, 4.5.16 – part 1. one Q one A: was a post-op ever done on the failure of that 10-year plan? No.

with Jose Javier Lujano, Policy Analyst

Office of Mayor Sam Liccardo (f, t, i)

Q

was a post-op ever done

on the failure of that 10-year plan

which was supposed to have ended

homelessness in San Jose

by 2013

so we can maybe learn

what we

(and by “we” i mean you, pols and bureac-rats, who dont know what “keep your promises” means)

did wrong?

A

No.

(not Jose Javier’s fault; prolly wasnt even born when San Jose made that promise it had no intention to keep)
(and, to be fair
(but why?! cos new new New Peoples Army gotta be fair n sht, k?)
to San Jose traditional politicians
– TraPos, or washrags, in Pilipina –
(unkind to actual trapos, actually, which, unlike TraPos, have no power to act on them, and thus cannot be corrupted absolutely)
and their bulokrats,
Trapos & B-rats of other cities,
like DC and LA,
also failed to keep their word,
and also pretended they made no such promises, ever, in the first place.
we shoulda known,
just government waste paper
– toilet paper, except that toilet paper is useful –
as usual)
